About Inner Cadence

In Sacred Service to Ancestral Remembrance

What does it mean to remember?

To reclaim what was meant to be forgotten.

To acknowledge the cultural amnesia we have experienced so we may retrieve the wisdom of our ancestors.

To know we are intimately woven into the sacred web of creation.

To claim our true place of belonging and uphold the responsibilities that entails.

The forgetting runs deep and there are myriad ways we have been led astray. But, we are slowly beginning to remember and reweave ourselves back into the web, one thread at a time.

Through soul work, ancestral healing, and forest therapy, I offer support to those struggling to find a sense of purpose and belonging to reclaim connection with their deepest self, their ancestors, and the earth. There are also collective offerings including sacred circles, workshops, and gatherings. Check out my upcoming events here.

This work is rooted in ancestral and land-based wisdom. It involves guided meditation, breathwork, ritual support, and embodiment practices. It is an honour to be walking alongside you on this journey. I look forward to connecting.
