About the event

Grief is part of what it means to love.


Whether we're grieving the death of someone dear, the end of a relationship, a changing body, a place we've left behind, or the world itself, grief reminds us that we are shaped by relationship. And yet, grief can also leave us feeling untethered. We can lose our sense of connection to ourselves, to others, and to the living world around us.


In times of loss or transition, we often need more than understanding—we need practices that help us return to our bodies, reconnect with the living world, and remember that we don't have to carry everything alone.


Grief & Praise is a free online gathering where we'll explore simple embodied practices for meeting grief with presence, curiosity, and care.
