Individual Healing and Remembering (1:1)

This work is for people who feel a quiet — or not so quiet — sense that something essential has been lost.

You may have done therapy, personal growth, or spiritual work and still feel disconnected from your body, the land, or your sense of purpose. You may be carrying grief for personal loss, cultural loss, or the state of the world, without a place to bring it that feels steady and human.

Individual Healing & Remembering offers a relational space to slow down, listen, and reconnect — not by fixing or pushing, but by restoring relationship.

What This Work Is

These 1:1 sessions are grounded in somatic therapy, grief work, and nature-based healing. Together, we follow what is present in your body, your lived experience, and your relationship to the world around you.

Sessions may include:

  • Gentle somatic practices for nervous system support and embodiment

  • Attuning to grief as a source of meaning and connection, rather than something to resolve

  • Reflective inquiry and spacious listening

  • Nature and place-based orientation

This work unfolds at a human pace. There is no pressure to perform insight, reach a breakthrough, or become someone else.

Who This Is For

This work is especially supportive for people who:

  • Feel disconnected, numb, or overwhelmed despite “doing the work”

  • Sense that personal healing alone is not enough

  • Are grieving losses they don’t have language or space for

  • Long to live in deeper alignment with body, land, and responsibility to the future

You do not need to be in crisis. You do need to be willing to listen, slow down, and engage with what is asking for care.

Who This Is Not For

This work may not be a fit if you are seeking:

  • Quick fixes or optimization

  • Performance-focused coaching

  • Healing solely for personal gain or comfort

This is relational, depth-oriented work that asks for presence and honesty.

What Becomes Possible

People often describe experiencing:

  • A greater sense of embodiment and inner steadiness

  • Increased capacity to feel and grieve without overwhelm

  • A clearer sense of orientation and belonging

  • Relief from the pressure to hold everything alone

Healing here is not an endpoint. It is a re-entry into relationship.

An Invitation

If something in you recognizes itself here, you are welcome to reach out.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re coming for. Curiosity, sincerity, and a willingness to listen are enough to begin.

*I don’t want finances to be the reason someone feels they can’t reach out for support. If cost is a concern, there are options — including reduced rates, flexible arrangements, or conversation to find what feels sustainable for both of us.

You don’t need to justify your need. We’ll meet this with honesty and care. Learn more here.
