Work With Me

There are a few ways to engage in this work, depending on what feels most supportive for you right now.

You’re welcome to begin wherever you are.

1:1 Grief Support
(Somatic & Land-Based)

A one-on-one space to gently tend what you’re carrying.

Together, we work with the body, the land, and the natural rhythms of grief—allowing space for what is present to be witnessed, supported, and held in relationship.

This work is especially supportive if you are moving through something that feels difficult to hold alone.

Community Grief Rituals

In-person, land-based gatherings for collective grief tending, remembrance, and care.

These rituals offer a space to grieve personal, cultural, and ecological loss in community—rooted in shared presence, somatic awareness, and relationship with place.

There is no right place to begin—only the place that feels most accessible.

*This work takes place on the lands of the K'ómoks peoples. I acknowledge this with humility and understand this as an invitation into deeper listening, accountability, and care — not as a substitute for action or relationship.
