Since time immemorial, humans have gathered in circle to share and process. Now, more than ever, we need to come together to support each other as we navigate these increasingly uncertain times.

This Community Council is an opportunity to join one another around the virtual hearth fire to share fully, bear sacred witness, and connect with others who are going through it. It's a space to feel seen, heard, and held to help you build capacity and resilience.
We will hold space for each person to speak their truth. Through deep listening and authentic expression, we honour each other, cultivate compassion, and remember our shared humanity and interconnectedness. ​​​​​​​​​​
​Our time together will include: Guided grounding meditation; Group agreements; Overview of Council Practice; Ritual opening & closing; Heart-centred sharing & sacred witnessing; Invitations for integration in your life & work

I'm Cadence, heart-led facilitator and healing practitioner; driven by my dedication to social and ecological justice, decolonization, and cultural regeneration.

My work is guided by my studies and experience in: Deep Nature Connection, Grief Tending, Somatic Therapy, Animism, Rites of Passage, Ecopsychology, Indigenous Solidarity, Ancestral Healing, and Ritual Practice.
