Referrals

Thank you for your interest in referring someone to this work.

I hold this as a relational process, and deeply value the trust involved in supporting someone’s care.

About the work

My work is rooted in somatic practice, grief tending, and relationship with the natural world.

I support people in gently turning toward what they’re carrying—especially experiences of grief, disconnection, or overwhelm—so that it can be met, witnessed, and held in relationship rather than in isolation.

This work is often supportive for those who are:

  • moving with grief (recent or long-held)

  • feeling the weight of the world without a place to bring it

  • experiencing disconnection from body, land, or meaning

  • longing for a slower, more relational way of being with their experience

When this may (or may not) be a fit

This work can complement other forms of therapeutic or healing support, particularly for those who are open to somatic and land-based approaches.

It may be especially supportive for clients who:

  • benefit from a slower pace

  • are open to experiential and body-based work

  • are not looking for directive or solution-focused support

I do not offer crisis or emergency support. If someone is in immediate distress or requires a higher level of care, I can help connect them with appropriate clinical or crisis resources.

If you’re unsure whether someone would be a good fit, you’re welcome to reach out to connect.

Beginning the process

If someone you’re supporting feels drawn to this work, they’re welcome to begin in the way that feels most supportive for them.

They can book a 1:1 session directly, or begin with a free 20-minute connection call to meet and get a sense of whether this work feels like a good fit.

The connection call is a simple space to explore what they’re navigating and ask any questions. There is no pressure to continue beyond the call.

Practical details

  • Sessions are 60 minutes

  • Offered in person at Innisfree Farm & Botanic Garden (Courtenay, BC) or online

  • Sliding scale / financial accessibility options available

Community offerings

In addition to 1:1 work, I also offer community grief rituals.

These can be a supportive entry point for those who are not ready for individual work, or who are seeking a shared space for grief and connection.
