Tending the Sacred Fire

Would you like to have deeper connection with yourself and others?

As we enter the dark time of the year, let us come together to tend the sacred fires within ourselves and each other. The winter is a time for going inward to reflect, connect, share, and celebrate the gift of another year. It is a chance for you to remember who you are in your deepest truth and why you're here. This is a space for you to keep your inner fire alive; a place for you to discover your unique purpose and place in the greater web of life. We will gather on the full moon each month to support one another in this sacred journey of remembrance.

Are you seeking greater meaning in your life?

Each session will begin with a guided meditation to help you quiet your mind and become fully present in the circle. Then, we will open up the space for reflection, singing, story, journaling, dreamwork, spirit journeys, and council practice (heart-centred sharing). We will close with gratitude and integration support. There will be invitations to deepen into the work throughout the month.

Do you want a stronger sense of belonging?

Every circle will have a different theme that will follow the arc of a spiral. We will begin by Going Inward to embark on the journey. Then, we will Connect with Spirit for resourcing to help you Embrace Uncertainty. This will support you to Find your Purpose so you can Retrieve your Gifts. We will close by Moving Outward back into the world.

The circles will take place every month near the full moon on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-9:00pm.

- January 4, 2023 - Embracing Uncertainty

- February 8, 2023 - Finding Purpose

- March 8, 2023 - Retrieving Gifts

- April 5, 2023 - Moving Outward

The circles will take place at the lovely Metamorphic Rock Shoppe and Gallery at 22 Main St N, Unit 3 next to Rhumba in Bayfield, Ontario. The space is wheelchair accessible. All bodies and gender identities are welcome. :)

There are multiple registration options. Secure your spot by sending payment by: etransfer, innercadence@gmail.com, or PayPal, @innercadence. Include your preferred name, email address, and the words "sacred fire" with your payment. 

Option 1) Early bird - $275 (before Oct. 25)

Option 2) Single payment - $300

Option 3) Six monthly payments - $60

*No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Please reach out if the cost is a barrier.
