What is this?
Fall can be a particularly stressful time after the more fluid structure of summer. It’s important to feel resourced and supported as you return to the tasks at hand in the upcoming season.
This is a place to slow down and find a sense of balance in your life, somewhere to receive the care you deserve with others who get it and are also going through it. It is an opportunity to be part of a collective care process where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
We will begin by bearing sacred witness for each person to share fully about what they're going through. Through a series of invitations and practices, we will work towards helping you feel more resourced and resilient.

Some of the ways you will receive support include: Body/Mind Care (nervous system support), Spirit Care (resourcing with nature and guides), and Heart Care (embracing grief and praise).

We will conclude with opportunities for integrating the work we've done in your life and work.
Is this right for you?
This is for you if:
-
You’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or struggling with burn out.
-
You want to keep showing up but need support and care.
-
You long for greater resilience and capacity in your work and personal life.
-
You wish to engage in a process with others who are on their own journeys of navigating acute times.

This is probably not for you if:
-
You already have the care you need.
-
You're seeking support in healing complex trauma in which case you should find appropriate professional counselling. (I can refer you to some amazing therapists!)
This is for you if you want to find healthy ways to sustain balance in your life and work.
How does it work?
The Three-Part Program includes:
~ Three 3-hour long group sessions
~ Invitations & practices for ongoing care
~ Private discussion group to stay connected
~ Access to Monthly Community Council

Here is the flow of our time together:
-
First Session: Body/Mind Care - We begin with creating space for everyone to share whatever is going on for them. Then, we will move onto nervous system support to calm your body and quiet your mind. This allows you to slow down, rest, and start listening to your body's inherent wisdom for healing.
-
Second Session: Spirit Care - In this session, we'll move onto resourcing with the healing power of nature and spirit to help you reclaim a sense of connection with that which is greater than yourself. We will focus on creating healthy boundaries and making space for simple rituals you can implement in your daily life.
-
Third Session: Heart Care - Once you start to feel more resourced and supported, we will lean into matters of the heart, allowing you to feel both grief and joy (and anything in between) so the emotions can flow freely rather than getting stuck in your body. We will close with tools and practices for integration you can implement in your work and life.
